Who Are We

Asnin-Dan CPAs was founded by David Dan and by Eyal Asnin. Both partners held senior finance positions in Israel and in North-America. The office team consist of 11 employees - 5 of them CPAs and audit team members the rest are bookkeeprs and administration staff. Services are given in: Hebrew, English and Russian. Among our customers (Israel&Abroad): Production and Commercial Corporations,  Hi-tech corporations, Consultancy firms, Venture Capital, Non-profit organizations and self-employed.

We have a keen interest in tax issues and provide advice in all areas of tax. However, as a full service firm, we also provide the full range of accounting and management services. One of our areas of specialization is advising non-residents of Israel, that are interested in investing in new or existing Israeli business. We are very knowledgable in tax benefits for 'beneficiary corporation'. We also offer trustee services as part of our full service firm.

The firm took active part in writing the recent reform made by tax authority in regards to new immigrants ('olim hadasim') and returning residents.
